Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Tele calling & Operations Executive to support our banking

operations. The role involves customer follow-up, client coordination, billing support, MIS reporting,

and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Make follow-up calls to customers and banking clients.

• Coordinate with field teams and bank officials.

• Track pending cases and ensure timely closure.

• Prepare billing documents and maintain records.

• Generate daily and monthly MIS reports using Excel.

• Provide regular operational updates to management.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in tele calling, operations, customer support, or banking.

• Valuable communication and follow-up skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a team.
