Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers in the USA.
- Promote products and services through effective communication.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into sales.
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining call quality.
- Handle customer queries professionally and follow campaign guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Candidate Requirements

- Good English communication skills.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and convincing abilities.




- Freshers can apply; international BPO experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
