Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and passionate Software Development & AI Trainer who can teach students and learners programming languages, full-stack development, and advanced Artificial Intelligence concepts. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain complex concepts through practical demonstrations and live projects.

- Key ResponsibilitiesTeach Java and Python programming from beginner to advanced levels.
- Train students in Full-Stack Web Development, including frontend and backend technologies.
- Teach Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Deep Learning concepts.
- Provide hands-on training in real-world software development projects.
- Design course content, assignments, practical exercises, and assessments.
- Guide students in developing applications, websites, AI models, and final-year projects.
- Explain programming logic, data structures, algorithms, and database management.
- Introduce students to Git, GitHub, APIs, and software development best practices.
- Track student progress and provide feedback to improve their technical skills.
- Stay updated with the latest software development tools, AI frameworks, and industry trends.




- Support curriculum development and recent technical training programs at TECHNULA-GAJ.

Required Technical SkillsProgramming Languages

- Java
- Python
- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Data Structures and Algorithms

Full-Stack Development

- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- React.js or similar frontend frameworks
- Backend development using Java Spring Boot, Python Django, or Flask
- SQL databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
- REST APIs and application development

AI, ML & Deep Learning

- Machine Learning algorithms and model development
- Data preprocessing and exploratory data analysis
- NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib and Scikit-learn
- Deep Learning fundamentals
- TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Neural networks and model evaluation
- Basic understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) is an advantage
- Eligibility & QualificationsB.Tech, B.E., MCA, M.Tech, M.Sc. Computer Science, or a relevant qualification.
- Strong knowledge of programming and software development.
- Prior teaching, mentoring, or technical training experience is preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical skills and project experience may also apply.
- Good communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to develop practical projects and explain technical concepts clearly.
- Preferred Candidate ProfilePassionate about teaching and skill-based education.
- Able to teach students at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.
- Practical knowledge of software development and AI tools.
- Patient, professional, organized, and result-oriented.
- Capable of guiding students through live projects and portfolio development.
