Job Description:
We are looking for a confident, energetic, and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The candidate should have excellent English communication skills and be capable of making a high volume of daily calls to clients and vendors, explaining our services, following up on leads, and converting prospects into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client and vendor calls, follow-ups, and deal closures.
- Coordinate through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and chat support.
- Quickly understand our business and prepare effective calling scripts.
- Maintain call records and follow up on potential leads.
- Build strong relationships and contribute to company growth.
Requirements: Minimum 1 year of telecalling experience, excellent English communication, good convincing and negotiation skills, a quick-learning attitude, and a target-oriented approach.
Candidates residing in or around Indira Nagar bypanahalli areas are preferred.
