We are hiring a detail-oriented Procurement Executive with experience in the automotive industry to manage end-to-end procurement activities, vendor coordination, and timely material delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement, including supplier sourcing, purchase orders, and delivery follow-ups.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors.
- Compare quotations and negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
- Create and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with production, stores, quality, and finance teams.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor details, and purchase documentation.
- Resolve supplier-related issues and escalate delivery delays or quality concerns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Automotive industry procurement experience is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end procurement and vendor management.
- Positive negotiation, vendor coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of purchase orders and procurement documentation.
- Tamil communication skills are mandatory.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
