We are looking for a friendly, responsible and energetic Receptionist to join our backpacker hostel team.

Shift Timing: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Location: Nap Manor Hostels, Santacruz East, Mumbai

Job Type: Full time

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle guest check-ins, check-outs and reservations.
- Manage bookings through Cloudbeds and OTA platforms.
- Welcome guests, assist with queries and ensure a great hostel experience.
- Handle payments, billing and daily cash records.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms and beds are ready.
- Manage guest requests, complaints and daily reception operations.
- Maintain guest records, IDs and required documentation.
- Encourage guest interaction and maintain a friendly backpacker atmosphere.




- Promote hostel services and additional facilities.
- Ensure smooth handover to the night-shift team.
- RequirementsGood communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Friendly, presentable and comfortable interacting with international travellers.
- Basic computer skills; Cloudbeds or hotel PMS experience is a plus.
- Responsible, punctual and able to multitask.
- Previous hospitality experience preferred, but freshers willing to learn are welcome.
