We are looking for energetic and confident Telecaller Executives to call leads, explain our products or services, and convert enquiries into sales.
- ResponsibilitiesMake 80-100 outbound calls daily to leads and customers
- Explain products and services clearly and answer queries
- Follow up with interested customers and close sales
- Maintain call records and lead details in CRM or Excel
- Achieve daily and monthly targets
- Requirements12th pass or graduate (freshers welcome)
- Valuable communication skills Tamil Compulsary [Hindi / English / Telugu / Kanada language]
- Confident voice and a positive attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, typing)
- Prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage
