We are looking for a confident, professional, and customer-oriented Visa Counselor to guide clients regarding visa processes, immigration options, documentation, and overseas opportunities. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to build client relationships and achieve counseling and sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel clients regarding visitor visas, work permits, study visas, and immigration programs.
- Explain visa eligibility, application procedures, documentation requirements, fees, and estimated processing times.
- Understand clients’ profiles and recommend suitable visa options.
- Follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
- Maintain client records and update the CRM or daily follow-up sheet.
- Coordinate with documentation and processing teams.
- Convert inquiries into clients while providing accurate and transparent information.
- Achieve monthly counseling, conversion,
and sales targets.
- Keep updated on immigration rules and visa policies.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and provide timely updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Solid convincing, counseling, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage client inquiries and follow-ups.
- Experience in visa consultancy or immigration counseling preferred; freshers may apply if suitable.
