Job Description – Accounts Executive
Experience: 3 Years
Department: Accounts & Finance
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive with around 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, statutory compliance, GST, TDS, and taxation. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting processes and a willingness to learn new skills, take on additional responsibilities, and grow professionally.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day Accounts Receivable activities, including invoicing, payment follow-ups, and outstanding reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely recording of financial transactions.
- Handle GST and TDS compliance, including calculations, reconciliations, return preparation, and timely filing.
- Assist with income tax-related activities and other statutory compliances.
- Reconcile customer accounts, bank statements, and ledgers to ensure accuracy.
- Support audits and maintain proper documentation of financial records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for payment-related queries and outstanding dues.
- Stay updated on changes in taxation, statutory regulations, and accounting practices.
- Take initiative to learn new processes, accounting tools, and additional responsibilities as required.
- Required Skills & QualificationsB.Com or equivalent qualification in Commerce/Accounting.
- Around 3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable and statutory compliance.
- Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong willingness to learn new things.
Preferred Candidate: Someone who is responsible, eager to learn, open to new challenges, and interested in growing with the organization.
