Position – Dispatch and logistics

Job Locations - Gurugram, Noida, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Ahmedabad

Job Responsibilities

· Prepare dispatches as per approved instructions and verify material, quantity, serial numbers, and documents.

· Collect, pack, label, and protect equipment for shipment.

· Book and coordinate courier/vehicle, driver, pickup, delivery, and site requirements.

· Prepare and maintain DC, gate pass, AWB/LR, and other required documents.

· Update shipment tracking and monitor dispatch, delivery, and return movement.

· Coordinate customer/site delivery, engineer access, equipment returns, and inter-branch transfers.

· Collect and verify POD/customer acknowledgement and maintain shipment records.

· Coordinate with logistics vendors and maintain dispatch/logistics trackers.

· Identify delays, damages, documentation issues,



and replacement requirements and escalate to L2.

· Verify customer/site details, destination, delivery priority, weight, dimensions, and access requirements.
