Job SummaryWe are looking for a hardworking and responsible Kitchen Housekeeping Staff member to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen. The primary responsibility will be washing and cleaning kitchen utensils, cookware, and other kitchen equipment while ensuring that all hygiene and food safety standards are followed.

- Key ResponsibilitiesWash and clean kitchen utensils, plates, bowls, spoons, knives, pots, pans, and other cookware.
- Clean kitchen equipment and work areas as instructed.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the utensil-washing area.
- Ensure cleaned utensils are properly dried and stored in designated places.
- Remove food waste and dispose of it according to company procedures.
- Keep sinks, washing areas, floors, and kitchen surroundings clean.
- Use cleaning materials and detergents safely and appropriately.
- Follow company hygiene, sanitation, and food safety guidelines.
- Support kitchen staff with basic cleaning and housekeeping activities whenever required.




- Ensure proper use and care of kitchen utensils and equipment.
- Report damaged utensils, equipment issues, or shortages to the supervisor.
- Follow the instructions of the Kitchen Manager or assigned supervisor.
- Required Skills and QualificationsPrevious experience in kitchen housekeeping or utensil cleaning is preferred.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Hardworking, punctual, and disciplined.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced kitchen environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per business requirements.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Key Performance ExpectationsAll kitchen utensils are cleaned properly and on time.
- The utensil-washing area remains clean and organized.
- Hygiene and sanitation standards are consistently maintained.
- Kitchen utensils are stored safely in their designated locations.
- Cleaning supplies are used responsibly and safely.
