Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor for Yulon Motors in Gurgaon. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer service requirements, coordinating with the workshop team, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAttend customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
- Prepare job cards and explain the required services to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Provide customers with service updates, estimates, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain service records and follow up with customers after service.
- Required Qualifications & SkillsPrevious experience as a Service Advisor in an automobile dealership or workshop is preferred.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle servicing, repairs, and job card preparation.
- Ability to coordinate with technicians and manage multiple service requests.
- Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹30,000 per month
