Job OverviewWe are hiring agile and target-oriented Sales Executives for PNB loan products, including Home Loans, Vehicle Loans, and Education Loans. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, customer-handling abilities, and an interest in sales and business development.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and acquire customers for PNB Home Loans, Vehicle Loans, and Education Loans.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements to customers.
- Conduct field visits and meet prospective customers, dealers, builders, educational institutions, and other referral partners as applicable.
- Follow up with customers to collect documents and support the loan application process.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.




- Coordinate with the bank and internal teams for application processing and customer updates.
- Salary & BenefitsIn-Hand Salary: ₹22,000 per month
- Petrol Allowance: As per company policy
- PF: Applicable as per policy
- Incentives: Additional performance-based incentives
- Candidate RequirementsQualification: Graduate preferred.
- Experience: Freshers with good sales skills and experienced candidates can apply.
- Skills: Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
- Willingness to travel for field sales and customer meetings.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred for field sales roles.
