- Key ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG/MAG, Arc (MMA) and other welding operations as per job requirements.
- Carry out welding and fabrication of MS gates, frames, brackets and structural components.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions and fabrication layouts.
- Perform cutting, grinding, fitting and finishing of metal components.
- Ensure proper weld quality, strength and dimensional accuracy.
- Inspect finished components and rectify welding defects.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain welding equipment.
- Coordinate with the production and fabrication teams to meet delivery schedules.
- Candidate RequirementsQualification: ITI in Welder trade preferred; relevant practical experience also considered.
- Experience: 2–5 years in welding and fabrication.




- Practical knowledge of MIG/MAG and Arc welding.
- Experience working with mild steel (MS) structures and fabrication jobs.
- Ability to understand basic engineering drawings and measurements.
- Knowledge of welding safety practices and quality standards.
- Preferred Candidate ProfileHands-on experience in industrial fabrication, gates, frames or automation-related products.
- Positive technical skills, discipline and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
