Favcore is a fast-growing hyper-local e-commerce platform empowering local merchants across Grocery, Food, and Shopping segments. We are rapidly expanding our footprint across Rajasthan by establishing local Business Partner (BP) networks in every city and district.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-energy, aggressive, and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead our Business Partner (BP) expansion across Rajasthan. In this role, you will travel extensively across Tier-1, Tier-2, Tier-3, and Tier-4 towns to identify prospective local entrepreneurs/investors, pitch the Favcore Business Partner Module (Minimum Setup Fee: ₹25,000 + GST), and close onboarding deals independently on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:

State-wide Field Travel:

Travel 15–20 days a month across various districts and towns of Rajasthan to meet potential franchise partners and investors.

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Connect with local businessmen, distributors, traders, and franchise investors to build a robust pipeline of Business Partners.

Face-to-Face Pitching & Closure:

Conduct direct presentation meetings with prospective partners, explain Favcore's business ecosystem, ROI model, and revenue potential, and close ₹25,000 + GST BP setup deals on the spot.

Partner Eligibility Check:

Ensure prospective Business Partners have a functional office setup, laptop/desktop,



internet connection, and operational bandwidth before signing the contract.

Target Ownership:

Consistently achieve monthly Business Partner onboarding targets assigned for the Rajasthan region.

Candidate Profile & Requirements:

Experience:

2 to 5+ years of solid experience in B2B Sales, Franchise Sales, Network Distribution, or Merchant Acquisition.

Preferred Industries:

Candidates with prior experience in FMCG Distribution, FinTech, Telecom, IndiaMART, Justdial, or E-Commerce will be given high priority.

Skills:

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and deal-closure skills in Hindi.

Mobility:

Must be 100% comfortable traveling 15–20 days a month across Rajasthan districts.

Tools:

Personal Vehicle, Smartphone, and Laptop are mandatory.
