We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to convert leads into customers.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Generate leads through calls, emails, and other channels.
* Contact potential customers and explain the company’s products or services.
* Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
* Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
* Maintain customer records and update sales reports.
* Achieve monthly sales targets.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements
* 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales or telecalling.
* Good communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to handle customer queries and objections.
* Target-oriented and self-motivated.
* Basic computer knowledge and CRM skills are preferred.

* Job Type: Full-time
* Working Days: As per company policy
* Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
