We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Barista to join our team at La Grange 2.0, Boat Club Road, Pune.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea and other beverages.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines and café equipment.
- Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation and taste.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the coffee station.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with daily café operations.
- Manage inventory and ensure proper stock handling.
Requirements:
- Prior barista experience preferred; freshers with a keen interest in coffee are welcome.
- Positive communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced café environment.
