US Telecom Sales Executive – International Voice Process

We are hiring Sales Executives for our US telecom sales process.

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable telecom services.
- Convert leads into successful sales/activations.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Handle customer objections and close sales effectively.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information.
- Follow company processes, quality standards and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

- 6 months–3 years experience in US international voice sales preferred.
- Experience in telecom, internet, broadband, wireless or cable sales is an advantage.
- Valuable spoken English and communication skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Comfortable working US night shifts from our Bangalore office.

Salary: ₹22,000–₹30,000/month + performance incentives, based on experience and performance.
