Performance management Set measurable KPIs for sales, projects, service, and office

Staff Salary and incentives Structure salary bands, sales incentives, and performance rewards

Employee Relations Guide managers on grievances, discipline, retention, and exits

Compliance coordination Review HR documentation and coordinate with payroll and labour-law specialists

Administration: General Office Administration

Management support Provide ongoing advice on staffing costs, productivity, and team issues

Management reporting: Submit monthly reports on recruitment, headcount, attendance, employee turnover, and outstanding HR actions.
