Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct meetings with customers for EMI and overdue collection as directed by the

Collections team.

• Act as the main point of contact (PoC) for customers within the cluster, ensuring

effective communication and resolution of issues.

• Gather continuous feedback from customers to improve service delivery and customer

satisfaction.

Skills and Background:

• Ability to liaise effectively with local authorities such as Police and Court officials.

• Graduate qualification required.

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a related field.

• Quick learner with solid problem-solving skills.

• Must be willing to travel 100% of working time in the field; a bike is mandatory for

transportation.

• In-depth knowledge of the local area, residing in the city for at least 1 year.

• DRA Certified (Optional but preferred).

• Previous experience in collections and repossession within the commercial vehicle (CV)

industry preferred.

• Experience working closely with local collection and repossession agencies is

advantageous.
