- Lead, manage, and motivate the field sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.

- Identify and onboard recent merchants for digital payment services.
- Install and activate QR code scanners and payment speaker boxes at merchant locations.
- Complete merchant KYC and Re-KYC documentation and verification.
- Monitor team members' daily field activities, productivity, and performance.
- Guide team members on sales techniques, merchant onboarding, and product installation.
- Ensure proper follow-ups with merchants and resolve installation or service-related issues.
- Prepare daily sales reports, installation reports, and team performance updates.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and maintain good relationships with merchants.
