Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Jr. Accounts Executive with good working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing support to the accounts and finance team.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain daily accounting entries using Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.

Handle sales and purchase entries, invoices, receipts, and payment transactions.

Maintain financial data, records, and reports using MS Excel.

Perform bank reconciliation and maintain ledgers accurately.

Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Maintain vouchers, bills, invoices,



and other accounting documents.

Assist with GST-related data preparation and basic accounting reports.

Ensure the accuracy of financial records and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 6 months of experience in accounting or a related field.

Good working knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime and MS Excel.

Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

Knowledge of Excel formulas, sorting, filtering, and data management.

Basic knowledge of GST and bank reconciliation will be an added advantage.

Valuable attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a team and willingness to learn.
