- Perform routine lift maintenance and preventive maintenance (AMC).
- Attend Major and minior breakdown calls and troubleshoot elevator faults.
- Inspect electrical, mechanical, and safety components.
- Diagnose issues with lift controllers, motors, doors, sensors, and wiring.
- Carry out repairs and replacement of faulty components.
- Ensure elevator safety standards and maintenance procedures are followed.
- Maintain service reports and breakdown records.
- Coordinate with customers and the service team.
- Attend emergency calls and minimize elevator downtime.
