Job Title: Senior Manager - Government Liaison (Real Estate & Approvals) Location: Katkamdag, Hazaribagh | In office Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹50,000 / month (Fixed) + Joining Timeline: Within 15 - 30 days

What You Will Own: Securing 100% of the government approvals (Land Conversion, RERA, and Irrigation Dept NOCs) required to build a massive 38-acre township and a new bridge over the Konar River.

Must-Haves (Apply only if you meet these):

- Proven experience working directly with the DC, SDO, and CO offices in Jharkhand.
- Prior experience securing real estate approvals (JHARERA, Town Planning, Land Mutation/Dakhil-Kharij).
- Ability to legally secure NOCs from the Irrigation Department, Pollution Control Board, and Fire Department.
- Fluent in Hindi and local dialects, with the ability to handle on-ground revenue staff (Amins) and senior IAS officers.
- Note: Retired SDOs, COs,



or Armed Forces Officers will be given top preference.

Role Logistics:
