Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to manage accounting, taxation, financial reporting, compliance, and finance operations across multiple group companies. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, taxation, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations across multiple companies.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, cash-flow statements, budgets, and management reports.
- Handle GST returns, GST compliance, and Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation.
- Manage Income Tax, TDS, tax audits, and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate internal and statutory audits with auditors and tax consultants.
- Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, banking, cash flow, and working capital.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ensure accurate financial records.
- Develop financial controls and identify accounting and compliance risks.
- Coordinate with banks,



government authorities, and other financial stakeholders.
- Identify applicable government schemes, incentives, and tax benefits.
- Support fundraising, investor documentation, business expansion, and financial planning.
- Coordinate accounting and finance requirements across IT, Telecom, and Food & Beverage businesses.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Ability to manage accounts across multiple entities is preferred.
- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
