- Manage Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub and Shopify store operations.
- Optimize product listings, pricing, inventory, promotions and product visibility.
- Monitor orders, returns, refunds, customer issues and marketplace account health.
- Develop strategies to increase online sales, conversions and revenue.
- Analyze sales performance, competitors, customer behaviour and market trends.
- Manage marketplace advertising campaigns and promotional activities.
- Track advertising performance, profitability and sales targets.
- Coordinate with marketing, warehouse and operations teams for smooth execution.
- Monitor inventory, marketplace settlements, commissions and financial discrepancies.
- Prepare regular sales reports and implement strategies to improve business growth.
