Key Responsibilities & Tasks
Make outbound calls to local businesses from the office.
Pitch and explain Justdial’s digital promotion plans and package options.
Understand customer requirements and suggest the best listing plan for their business.
Handle customer queries, overcome objections, and complete sale closures over the phone.
Maintain and update daily call logs, status notes, and follow-up details in the CRM.
