Job Description:

- Identify potential clients and generate new business leads in the recruitment and staffing industry.

- Contact businesses and explain the company's recruitment and staffing services.

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and recruitment channels.

- Handle B2B and B2C sales activities to generate business opportunities.

- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into customers.

- Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand client hiring requirements.

- Achieve sales targets and maintain records of client interactions.

Requirements:

- Gender: Female

- Education: Graduate

- English: Intermediate English

- Experience: Freshers can apply

- Shift: Night Shift (Full time)

- Preferred Industry: Recruitment / Staffing

- Skills: B2B Sales, Channel Sales, B2C Sales

Salary: ₹20,000–₹50,000 per month

- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000–₹35,000

- Incentives: ₹15,000
