Parts Product Specialist

Want to work for New Zealand’s leading agriculture distributor and supplier? We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Parts Product Specialist to join our National Parts team in Morrinsville, Waikato.

Working with our European and Asian-sourced products, you will provide specialist parts support across our dealer network and help the National Parts Division achieve its operational, service and commercial objectives. You will work across product support, new model planning, demand forecasting, inventory management and pricing to help ensure the right parts are available when our customers need them.

About you:

You will bring strong parts knowledge,



sound commercial judgement and a genuine commitment to customer service. You will be organised and confident working across multiple priorities and comfortable communicating with suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders.

You will need:

- Proven knowledge of parts and parts operations.
- Sound knowledge of parts procurement or similar procurement processes.
- Approximately two to four years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience within the agricultural machinery industry.
- Confidence using computerised parts applications and business systems.
- A relevant qualification or equivalent practical experience.
- Solid forecasting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- The ability to organise and manage multiple priorities.
- A customer-focused approach.
- A willingness to take ownership and remain accountable for outcomes.

Experience supporting product launches, managing inventory or backorders, maintaining pricing information or working across a dealer network would be an advantage.
