- Coordinate & facilitate Internal audits acorss Units.
- Random pre audits as per Checklist prior to Internal audit.
- Facilitating closure of Internal Audit observations
- Addition/deletion of Pharmacists on the Govt portal.
- Coordination for annual limit for Narcotic drugs for Units.
- Tracking of EP bounce report.
- Regular planned Unit visits.
- Review Pharmacy Psat score for Units.
- Inventory: Random stock checks.
- Perpetual stock and Half Yearly Stock take: Support execution, consolidation and coordination with Finance.
- Pharmacy manual updation.
- Resolving issues and standardizing policy related queries
- Coordinating between liaison office and Units for renewal of Drug licenses (Retail, Wholesales, Schedule X, END, FSSAI)
- Tracking of Licenses (Recent and Renewal ) and support to Units where there is any issue.
- HIS Roles allocated to Units : Check and rectify
- Miscellaneous activities related to Various initiatives / Activities related to Pharmacy and Medical Stores
