Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Assistant Manager – Warehouse with 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate should have strong computer skills, good knowledge of inventory management, and the ability to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and stock movement.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock reconciliation.
- Monitor FIFO/FEFO practices, batch numbers, expiry dates, and product traceability as per FMCG requirements.
- Ensure timely order processing and dispatch to meet delivery schedules.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP software, and MS Excel for inventory tracking and reporting.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to inventory, inward/outward movement, stock accuracy, and warehouse productivity.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock audits to minimize inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate with sales, supply chain, transporters, and other internal teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure proper storage, housekeeping, safety standards, and compliance with company policies.




- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure productivity, discipline, and operational efficiency.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce errors, wastage, and operational costs.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate in any discipline; a degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management or Logistics will be an advantage.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong computer skills, especially MS Excel, MS Office, ERP, and/or WMS.
- Good knowledge of inventory management, stock reconciliation, and warehouse documentation.
- Familiarity with FIFO/FEFO, batch management, and expiry control.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in an FMCG warehouse, distribution center, or supply chain operation.
- Hands-on experience with inventory reports, Excel-based data analysis, and system-driven warehouse processes.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on inventory accuracy and timely dispatch.
- Willingness to work from the Sonipat location.
