SK Formulations India Pvt. Ltd. is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company engaged in the design, development, and manufacturing of polymer-based surface coatings for high-performance industrial applications.

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, identify new market opportunities, acquire industrial clients, and strengthen customer relationships.
The ideal candidate should have experience in business development or sales, preferably in industrial coatings, paints, specialty chemicals, polymers, or related industrial products.

Identify and develop new business opportunities, markets, and growth areas.
Acquire new industrial clients and build long-term business relationships.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential opportunities.




Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Identify potential business partners and develop strategic partnerships.
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvement strategies.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
MBA in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage.
Minimum 5 + years of experience
Experience in industrial B2B sales and business development.
Experience in industrial coatings, paints, specialty chemicals, polymers, or related industries will be an advantage.
Solid communication, negotiation, client management, and business development skills.
Ability to identify new customers, develop sales strategies, and drive revenue growth.

Work Mode: Work from Office
Working Days: 6 days a week, with the 2nd and 4th Saturdays off
Office Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Probation Period: 6 months
