As a Senior Accountant at APPA & ASSOCIATES, you'll help maintain accurate financial records and provide dependable reporting to support day-to-day financial operations. You'll use your accounting expertise and MS Office skills to manage core processes, review financial data, and keep records organized.
Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
Maintain accurate ledgers and accounting records in Tally, ensuring transactions are properly classified and documented.
Manage accounts payable and receivable records, verify invoices, and track payments and outstanding balances.
Prepare monthly financial statements and reports, using MS Excel to analyze figures and present clear summaries.
Support month-end and year-end close by coordinating schedules, checking balances, and organizing audit documentation.
Monitor cash and bank transactions, complete bank reconciliations, and follow up on unusual or unmatched entries.
Help maintain effective accounting controls and improve the accuracy and consistency of financial records. Accounting MS-Excel MS-Office Tally
