We are from the Risk Engineering team, responsible for the Risk Management applications within the ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) portfolio. This individual will support us by building and upgrading risk applications and the platform capabilities they depend on.
Build high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code by enforcing best practices in software architecture and engineering processes (code reviews, unit testing, automated test coverage).
Partner with developers, product owners, and risk SMEs to understand requirements, then own your code from design and implementation through test automation and delivery of high-quality features to customers.
Embed secure-by-design principles, including data privacy, access controls, and protection against AI-specific risks like prompt injection and data leakage.
Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights.

- Knowledge of evaluating AI output quality, including test sets, accuracy and hallucination monitoring, and regression testing for prompts and models.
- 2-5 years of proficiency in JavaScript and at least one object-oriented language (Java is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern web services.
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts.



Hands-on experience with LLMs or AI APIs is a plus.
- Experience with AI productivity tools such as Claude, Cursor, or Windsurf is a plus.
- Strong communication skills for translating risk SME requirements into technical designs and for explaining AI behavior to non-technical stakeholders.
