About Civil Guruji

Civil Guruji Pvt. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, calling, follow-ups, sales conversion, college visits, company collaborations, and business development to promote our training programs and expand business opportunities.

Handle inbound and outbound calls and follow up with potential customers.
Explain training programs, fees, offers, and the enrollment process to prospective students.
Visit colleges and educational institutions for business development activities.
Interact with students to generate quality leads and promote training programs.
Build and maintain collaborations with companies, organizations, and industry partners for training, recruitment, corporate programs, and other business opportunities.
Coordinate with the internal team for lead conversion and student onboarding.
Comfortable with calling as well as field visits and college visits.
Experience in sales, telecalling, business development, or a similar role is preferred.
