Performance Marketing Executive | Google Ads Preferred AyurSure Wellness Pvt. Remote, India
Experience: Minimum 2 years | Full-Time
As we expand, we are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Executive who enjoys working with data, testing ideas, and turning advertising spend into measurable business results.
You will plan, execute, monitor, and improve paid advertising campaigns, with a preference for experience in Google Ads.
You should be comfortable identifying performance gaps, explaining what the data shows, and implementing improvements.
Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns, particularly on Google Ads.
Monitor budgets, bids, search terms, targeting, and campaign performance.
Track and improve ROAS, cost per acquisition, conversion rates, and lead quality.
Test ad copy, creatives, audiences, and landing pages to identify what works.
Coordinate with creative and sales teams to improve campaign outcomes.
Stay updated on relevant advertising tools, trends, and platform changes.




Minimum 2 years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience .
Google Ads experience preferred , particularly Search campaigns.
Ability to interpret campaign data and make sound optimization decisions.
Solid analytical, communication, time-management, and creative skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads conversion tracking.
Experience improving lead quality and connecting advertising results with sales outcomes.
Meta Ads experience.
Relevant Google Ads certifications supported by practical campaign experience.
