We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, maintaining employee attendance records, and supporting day-to-day HR operations. Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for in-house hiring requirements.
Make a minimum of 100 recruitment calls per day to source and screen potential candidates.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct telephonic screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
HR Operations
Assist the Senior HR in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
Draft and issue HR documents, including:
Experience Letters
HR-related emails and employee communications
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth HR processes.
Respond to employee queries related to HR processes.
Support employee engagement and HR initiatives as assigned.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.




Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in HR recruitment and operations.
Proficiency in Google Space.
Experience working with recruitment portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Internshala, Apna, etc., Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Minimum 100 recruitment calls made daily.
Timely issuance of HR documents and employee correspondence.
