Stryker seeks a senior engineering leader to drive automation and manufacturing excellence across their Gurugram facility. The role involves designing automated solutions, mentoring engineers, researching advanced manufacturing technologies, and supporting capital equipment initiatives in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and deployment of automated solutions to reduce variability and enhance operational performance

Mentor and guide Staff Engineers, Senior Engineers, Engineers, and technical operators across multiple projects

Research and develop advanced manufacturing and automation technologies with digital performance monitoring

Support capital equipment acquisition including requirements, vendor evaluation, negotiation, and validation

Lead process validations, author compliance documentation, and conduct capability and characterization studies

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Embedded Systems, Mechatronics, Automation, or related)
- 12–15 years of relevant engineering experience in industrial automation, process development, or advanced manufacturing
- Robust mechanical and electro-mechanical systems development with DFM principles expertise
- Deep knowledge of computer vision, Python programming, industrial automation, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Process validation expertise, statistical tools (PFMEA, SPC), and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC)
- Experience with PLCs, HMIs, sensors, robotics, and machine vision systems
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to cross-functional teams
