Role Overview : Experienced Acumatica expert to guide the implementation of Acumatica from the ground up, including migration from QuickBooks. Solid expertise in financial structure design, reporting, and Acumatica configuration best practices.Key Responsibilities : - Define the right Acumatica implementation approach and financial structure from the outset.- Identify the data, dimensions, and classifications required to support accurate reporting and business insights.- Design entity-level and consolidated reporting structures.- Evaluate the appropriate use of companies, branches, subaccounts, and projects to support financial tracking and reporting.- Assess Acumatica design options, understand their trade-offs,
and recommend the most suitable architecture.- Define the optimal entity structure and subaccount design to support current requirements and future scalability.- Support the migration of financial data from QuickBooks to Acumatica, ensuring the target structure meets business and reporting needs.Required Expertise : - Hands-on experience implementing Acumatica from scratch.- Strong knowledge of Acumatica Financial Management, General Ledger, and reporting structures.- Proven experience designing multi-entity and consolidated financial reporting.- Expertise in Acumatica companies, branches, subaccounts, and project accounting.- Experience with QuickBooks-to-Acumatica migration is preferred.
