Role Description The Inside Sales Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Noida. This position is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, and presenting DHAROHAR's land investment offerings to prospective clients. The role includes managing the sales pipeline, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and coordinating with field sales and operations teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.



The Inside Sales Representative is expected to meet sales targets, contribute to customer satisfaction, and uphold the company's standards of transparency and compliance.

Demonstrated Inside Sales experience, including handling inbound/outbound calls and managing a structured sales pipeline.
Experience in Account Management, including follow-ups, renewals, and after-sales relationship maintenance.
Comfort using CRM tools and basic office software to track leads, activities, and performance metrics.
Prior experience in real estate, land acquisition, or financial services sales is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
