Job Overview

We are looking for a energetic and experienced Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to lead our entire digital marketing team, develop effective marketing strategies, strengthen brand presence, and drive business growth through organic and paid marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategies.

Lead and manage the entire marketing team, including social media executives, content creators, graphic designers, video editors, and performance marketers.

Plan and oversee content calendars, reels, campaigns, brand communication, and audience engagement.

Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

Monitor campaign performance, lead generation, conversion rates, ROI, and marketing effectiveness.

Oversee analytics, conversion tracking, SEO, content marketing, and other digital marketing activities.

Set team KPIs, delegate responsibilities, monitor deliverables, and ensure timely execution.

Analyze competitors, market trends,



and campaign data to improve marketing strategies.

Prepare performance reports and present marketing insights to management.

Requirements

- 4–7 years of experience in social media and digital marketing, preferably with team leadership experience.
- Strong expertise in social media strategy, content planning, brand management, and performance marketing.
- Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and digital marketing analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage teams, budgets, and campaigns independently.
- Experience in the overseas education or study abroad industry is an added advantage.
