Role Description The BDE drives new institutional and corporate revenue across both brands and owns the complete sales cycle: lead generation, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and MOU/contract signing. After closing, you hand over cleanly to the Operations team — and stay engaged through delivery to protect renewals and grow the account. You will carry a monthly revenue target and be measured on three fronts:



new business (leads, deals, revenue), client continuity (renewals and account expansion), and process discipline (SOP adherence, CRM hygiene, and timely collections). You will not manage program delivery, faculty, or batch scheduling — that belongs to Operations, leaving you free to sell.

Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
Understanding of Business and Account Management principles to maintain relationships and drive long-term partnerships.
Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within ed-tech, education, or related sectors.
Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools for tracking leads, accounts, and performance metrics.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
