We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to join the Tekion CRM Product Team. In this role, you will own and evolve core CRM capabilities that power lead management, customer engagement, and sales execution for automotive dealerships at scale. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, GTM, and Customer Success teams to define strategy, drive execution, and deliver measurable business impact. This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives in complex domains, brings strong customer empathy, and can balance long-term platform thinking with near-term execution in a fast-paced SaaS setting.
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for core Tekion CRM capabilities - from discovery and definition to launch, adoption, and iteration.
Drive adoption, penetration, and customer satisfaction for Tekion CRM, with clear accountability for usage, conversion, and customer outcomes.




Customer-Centric Product Development
Continuously gather and synthesize customer feedback, usage data, and market insights to inform product decisions.
Data-Driven Decision Making
Use data to prioritize investments, evaluate trade-offs, and guide iteration post-launch.
Lead complex initiatives across Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Balance speed with quality, ensuring solutions are configurable, extensible, and sustainable.
Influence product best practices, planning rituals, and decision-making frameworks across the team.
Enable teams to move fast without breaking things - clarifying priorities, managing dependencies, and making informed trade-offs to hit both short-term goals and long-term bets.

8+ years of Product Management experience owning customer-facing SaaS products

- 2+ years of experience mentoring or managing Product Managers
- Advanced degree (MBA or Engineering) from a top-tier institution
- Experience leading distributed onshore and offshore teams
- Experience partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM teams
- Experience building scalable systems and processes

AI/ ML product management experience
Experience in the automotive retail industry or with dealer/ OEM data.
