Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications based on business requirements.- Develop and maintain plugins, custom workflows, business process flows, and custom actions.- Customize Dataverse tables, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and security roles.- Develop Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps) and Power Automate flows.- Build and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and external applications using REST APIs, custom connectors, and Azure services.- Develop client-side customizations using JavaScript, TypeScript, and the Dynamics 365 Client API.- Work with Microsoft Dataverse, FetchXML, Web API, and SQL where applicable.- Support data migration, data import/export, and data validation activities.- Manage solution deployment across development, testing, UAT, and production environments.- Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize performance, and provide ongoing application support.- Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.- Prepare technical design documents, deployment plans, and technical specifications.- Follow Microsoft development best practices, security standards, and coding guidelines.Required Technical Skills:- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM.- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse and the Power Platform.- Experience developing plugins using C# and .NET.- Proficiency in JavaScript and Dynamics 365 client-side customization.- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate,



and business process flows.- Knowledge of REST APIs, OData, JSON, and third-party integrations.- Experience with FetchXML, Dataverse Web API, and data management.- Understanding of security roles, field-level security, teams, and business units.- Experience with solution management, environment configuration, and deployment pipelines.- Familiarity with Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, or other Azure integration services is an advantage.- Knowledge of Git, Azure DevOps, source control, and CI/CD practices.Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform are an advantage.- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service modules.- Experience with Power Platform ALM and managed/unmanaged solutions.- Relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM technical development.- Proven experience in Dynamics 365 customization, plugin development, integrations, and Power Platform solutions.- Experience delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations and production support.Key Competencies:- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
