About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Property Operations: Oversee housekeeping, cleanliness, room readiness, maintenance, inspections, and implementation of SOPs.
2. Guest Experience: Manage guest communication, check-ins, check-outs, requests, complaints, feedback, and reviews.
3. Bookings & Revenue: Manage OTA listings, availability, enquiries, direct bookings, occupancy and revenue performance.
4. Food & Beverage: Supervise F&B; operations, service, hygiene, procurement, stock, wastage and billing.
5. Staff Management: Handle hiring, onboarding, training, rosters, attendance, performance and staff records.
6. Vendor Management: Coordinate suppliers, contractors, quotations, procurement, quality, and timely delivery.
7. Finance & Inventory: Maintain petty cash, property-wise expenses, bills, invoices, utility payments, and inventory records.
8. Marketing & Growth: Coordinate social media, promotions, photography, advertising, and direct booking opportunities.
9. Compliance & Reporting: Track licences and renewals, ensure SOP compliance, and provide regular operational, financial, and performance updates to management. Skill(s) required

1. Prior experience in property management, hospitality or homestay operations.
2. Strong communication and guest-handling skills.
3. Ability to manage staff, vendors and daily operations independently.
4. Basic computer skills, including Excel, email and OTA platforms.
5. Good organisational, administrative and record-keeping skills.
6. Understanding of housekeeping, maintenance and F&B; operations.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
9. Honest, responsible, disciplined and professional approach.
10. Willingness to stay at the property and manage operational requirements.
