As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding complex requirements and translating them into effective software solutions. The engineer actively participates in refining application functionalities and adapting to evolving business demands, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance throughout the software lifecycle.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio.
Experience in designing and developing integrations and custom applications using Workday Studio.
Robust understanding of application configuration and business process automation.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within Workday environments.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in application development.
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Studio.
This position is based at our Gurugram office.
A 15 years full time education is required, with preference given to candidates holding Workday related Certification for the primary skill.
