Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and building a robust sales pipeline in the real estate sector. The Business Development Executive will meet prospective clients, understand their property requirements, present suitable solutions, and follow up to convert opportunities into successful transactions.



The position requires close collaboration with the consulting and operations teams to ensure smooth deal closure and high client satisfaction. The role also includes maintaining accurate records of interactions, preparing basic sales reports, and staying updated on local real estate trends and competitive offerings.

Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to identify, engage, and nurture prospective clients.

Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships, handle inquiries, and support end-to-end deal closure.

Relevant experience in sales or business development, preferably in real estate, consulting, or related industries.

Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage field visits, and maintain a professional presence with clients.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
