A Fortune 200 company is building its Global Capability Centre (GCC) in India and has partnered with Flexiple to hire a quality assurance engineer to protect release quality. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will design test plans, build automated test coverage, and work with engineering to catch defects before they reach production.
Test Planning & Execution
Execute manual and exploratory testing across web and mobile surfaces
Automation & Quality
Build and maintain automated test suites (UI, API, and regression)
Integrate automated tests into CI pipelines and monitor flaky tests
Partner with engineering to improve testability and release quality
2 to 6 years in manual and automated software testing
- Hands-on experience with an automation framework (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Working knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured) and SQL
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Experience testing in an Agile/Scrum workplace
Basic scripting ability in Python or JavaScript
