Role Description The Sales Executive role at Stellar Global is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing and growing existing client accounts, and promoting the company's office furniture and seating solutions. The Sales Executive will conduct product presentations and demonstrations, prepare proposals and quotations, and negotiate pricing and terms in line with company guidelines. Daily activities include following up on leads, maintaining accurate sales records,



collaborating with internal teams on order fulfillment, and providing ongoing support to clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. The role also requires monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to contribute to sales strategies and targets.
Proven sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation.
Robust client relationship management and customer service capabilities, with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
Solid organizational and time-management skills, including proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office software.
Relevant experience in B2B sales; experience in office furniture, interiors, or related industries is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Ability to work on-site in Indore, travel locally as needed for client meetings, and operate in a target-driven environment.
