We are looking for a Technology Lead to take ownership of AICNI's digital platform, website, member systems and technical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development and management of AICNI.in and future digital platforms.
2. Develop and maintain web applications, member systems and dashboards.
3. Manage databases, APIs, integrations and technical infrastructure.
4. Ensure website security, data protection, performance and scalability.
5. Manage cloud hosting, deployment and technical operations.
6. Integrate AI tools, APIs and emerging technologies into AICNI platforms.
7. Coordinate with developers, designers, vendors and other AICNI departments.
8. Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain proper technical documentation.
9. Plan and implement new technology features for members, chapters, events and projects.
10. Provide technical leadership and contribute to the long-term technology roadmap of AICNI.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field preferred.
2. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in web development, software engineering, platform development or technical operations.
3. Candidates with hands-on experience in React/Next.js, Node.js, databases, cloud platforms, APIs, security and AI tools will be preferred.
4. Candidates should have solid technical skills, problem-solving ability, communication skills and an interest in AI and emerging technologies. Experience building real-world web applications or digital platforms is preferred. A portfolio or GitHub profile will be an advantage.
